Welcome to Which Way To The Father?

We thank you for joining us at "Which Way To The Father". This is an open forum for question and answers, personal beliefs, discussions and debates. While we welcome everyone to participate in our interactions, we maintain a standard of conduct that is required in order to keep debates and discussions at an acceptable level of respect for all participants. Because we understand that discussions and debates of this nature can sometimes induce strong emotions as most people are passionate about their beliefs, we ask that our language be tempered and the utmost respect be given to all participants. That being said, we look forward to your questions, thoughts and ideologies. So whether your Christian, Muslim, Deist, Jewish, Atheist or anyone in between, we look forward to your participation.

  1. Isn't it interesting that most everyone prays, (and some do so eloquently that it arouses our deepest emotions) but few people Meditate. Prayer is our method of Talking to the Father, but better communication demands that we listen too. I believe its giving God our undivided attention. You might find it interesting that I once believed that "fasting" was about a willingness to suffer like Christ, but learned it was an ancient technique used to help enhance the practice of meditation. After 2 or 3 days of proper fasting a persons metabolism or metabolic rate slows enough to allow a much better experience while meditating.
